Welcome to Eastbrook Village

Eastbrook Village is being developed as a vibrant and inclusive neighbourhood, delivering up to 4,600 homes including 31% affordable homes, four new schools, a community hub providing a range of local amenities, local shops and a c.63 ha linear park. The first phase of development, comprising 194 homes, is currently under construction. 

The masterplan includes 4.5 million square feet of employment floorspace, and commercial areas tailored to support local services and businesses, helping to drive long-term economic growth. The project will provide 268 acres of public open space, including parkland, sports fields, community orchards, and woodlands promoting health, wellbeing, and a strong connection with nature.
