The Site

Located 5 miles east of Milton Keynes, Eastbrook Village covers circa 1,000 acres off Junction 14 of the M1. Eastbrook Village is a 10-minute drive from Milton Keynes, and benefits from great transport connections to London, Oxford and Cambridge.

The development site, originally comprised of agricultural land. Key heritage assets within the site, include the Grade II listed Holiday Inn on London Road which was formerly Moulsoe Buildings Farmhouse.

Berkeley Group received hybrid planning consent for the masterplan in 2021, with the strategic highway infrastructure works in detail and the balance in outline (21/00999/OUTEIS).

2022

A Reserved Matters Application for Phase 1a of 194 new homes was submitted.

February 2024

The Reserved Matters Application for 194 new homes was approved, marking an important milestone.

Early 2025

Construction of Phase 1A began.

March 2025

Primary Street North construction started.

October 2025

The first homes were released to the market.
