Upcoming Reserved Matters Application

Due to strong demand for the homes currently being delivered on site,  proposals are being prepared for circa 180 additional homes located directly to the east and west of the current development as illustrated on the below Indicative Plan. The proposals include a range of homes varying from 2 bed to 5 bed houses.  

The vision brings together high-quality homes, generous green spaces and a clear movement network to create a place that is both legible and welcoming. A variety of frontage characters will define different parts of the development, ensuring a rich and distinctive identity throughout.

Our vision is to create a vibrant, green and well-connected neighbourhood that people are proud to call home. By combining thoughtfully designed homes with tree-lined streets, open spaces and safe, walkable routes, the development will support everyday life while strengthening connections to the surrounding community and landscape.

Family-friendly design is at the heart of the proposals, with low-speed home zones, shared streets and overlooked open spaces creating safe environments for children to play and neighbours to connect.

An application is to be submitted to Milton Keynes City Council in May 2026. At that stage, you will be able to review the full technical documentation and submit comments directly to the Local Planning Authority. We are working closely with Milton Keynes City Council and relevant stakeholders prior to the submission of the application to address any concerns.
